The two authors indicate that on October 1, 1954 at 07:00 P.M. in Jussey in the Haute-Saône, two young people circulating close to the village saw a white and luminous disc appearing in the sky.
The disc whirled then landed in a grazing ground "at some distance."
The authors give this witnesses account:
"We then saw two "men," dressed all in white, come out of it. They did not utter one word. But, with great reinforcement of gestures, they beckoned to us to come to them. We became frightened and we cut loose. A few seconds later, the machine took off and disappeared in the night."
The authors say that their sources are newspaper clipings and personal file.
