[Ref. js1:] JEAN SIDER:
French ufologist Jean Sider found about the case in the newspaper La Résistance de l'Ouest of November 5, 1954, and he indicates that at 7 o'clock on November 4 at Machecoul, the two workers of Mr Jutard, a market-gardener, saw a phenomenon which would be identical to that seen at the same time in La Douce-Pierre, that is to say a fast oval luminous phenomenon in the sky, with a trail.
The phenomenon was going from the south to the north, that is from Challans to Sainte Pazanne.
[Ref. lc1:] LUC CHASTAN:
Luc Chastan indicates that in the Loire Atlantique in Machecoul on November 4, 1954 at 07:00 hours, two witnesses observe a luminous object, oval and going fast in the sky leaving a trail. Several other witnesses also saw this object whereas they were in Le Redoux towards the station.
