[Ref. 1680:] "LE QUOTIDIEN DE LA HAUTE-LOIRE" NEWSPAPER:
DAILY SAUCERS[...] OTHER SIGHTINGSLet us also report, to speak only about those of France, a saucer in Brie, another above Clermont-Ferrand, a third in St-Brieux, and some others in the Vendée, from which one has landed, left oily traces on the grass. In Bouix close to Thueyts in the Ardeche, a shepherd claims to have seen Monday towards 3 p.m., at the top of the mountain, a triangular machine to which were suspended alphabetical letters. Was this the alphabet of "Mars", a formula of salutation or a declaration of war? The shepherd Mr. Beydon, obviously could not decipher the message. |
