REPORTS:

[Ref. 711] JEAN SIDER:

French ufologist and author Jean Sider learned in an article from the newspaper Le Berry Républicain, Bourges, November 13-14, 1954, on page 6, that three anonymous women trvaeling by car suddenly saw two luminous discs turning in opposite direction one compared to the other, hovering at forty meters above the road. Their vehicle is stopped, the engine stops, and the headlights die out. When the phenomenon moves away quickly to the vertical, the headlights light again.

Jean Sider notes that nothing is said about the engine to the moment of the departure of the discs, but he guesses that it started again.

He dates the case as having occurred possibly between the 9th and 12th of November.
