The two ufologists and authors indicate that on November 9, 1954, at 07:00 p.m., according to the newspaper La Montagne for November 15, 1954, a luminous machine resembling a rugby ball of red color was seen in Saint-Quentin in the Puy-de-Dome.
[Ref. lc1:] LUC CHASTAN:
Luc Chastan indicates that in the "Puy de Dômes" in St Quentin sur Sauxillanges on November 9, 1954 at 19:00 hours, there was an "Observation of a luminous object in the shape of rugby ball of red color."
The source is indicated as "Ovni, Premier dossier complet... par Figuet M./ Ruchon J.L. ** éd. Alain Lefeuvre 1979".
