Apparently, an unspecified Italian newspaper reported that in the night of October 5, 1954, a fisherman of Robervella, in the Province of Mantova, was approached by "a mysterious individual" of human appearance, dressed in red, who talked to him in a language which was incomprehensible for the fisherman, and went away.
In many ufology summaries, including one supposedly devoted to UFO landing cases, the mysterious individual of human appearance became a "being" or a "humanoid."

[Ref. ar1:] ALBERT ROSALES:
Albert Rosales indicates in his catalogue that in Roverbella, Italy, on October 5, 1954 at night, a fisherman of Roverbella declared he was approached last night by a mysterious individual dressed in red, who addressed to him some unintelligible words and then rapidly moved off, before the fisherman had time to call his wife.
Albert Rosales indicates that the source is Jacques Vallee.
This case reaches heights as unusable alleged CE3 report.
The newspaper reporting back the story is not indicated. The witness is not named. It is a single witness. No investigation appears to have been carried out. Nothing that can be called a UFO is reported. A language not understood by the witness is not far from being presented as an unknown language per se, therefore extraterrestrial. Roverbella becomes Roverbello. What was initially a man in red becomes from one ufological version to the other not a man anymore but a "being" or a "humanoid."
