KGB has opened his secrets on UFOs

MO USSR v/ch [...], Kapustin Jar in the area of Astrakhan observed unidentified flying objects. Military personnel of the transmitting centre observed at the same time three objects at a distance of 3 - 5 kilometers. Military personnel of the liquidation station which is at a distance of about 15 kilometers from PDRTS, saw UFO from 11:30 P.M till 01:30 A.M. at distances ranging from several kilometers to 300 meters." The interview logs of eyewitnesses coincide. The UFO had the appearance of a disk with a diameter of 4 - 5 meters with a dome at the top of. It shined brightly, moved very sharply, but silently, sometimes falling and hanging above the ground at a height of 20 - 60 meters. And the report from private Tishchaeva Dmitry Nikolaevicha, which observed the UFO with binoculars with ensign Voloshinym: "The object did not make any noise. Senior Lieutenant Klimenko writes in the official report that "the object issued flashes similar to those of electric welding." The witness of the private soldier Kulik: "the luminous object had the shape of a cigar. П.) МО СССР в/ч ..., г. Капустин Яр Астраханской области наблюдали неопознанные летающие объекты. Военнослужащие передающего центра наблюдали сразу три объекта на удалении 3 - 5 км. Военнослужащие базы ликвидации, которая находится от ПДРЦ на расстоянии около 15 км, видели НЛО с 23 часов 30 минут до 1 часа 30 минут с расстояния от нескольких км до 300 метров. Данные опроса очевидцев совпадают. НЛО представлял собой диск диаметром 4 - 5 метров с полусферой наверху. Он ярко светился, двигался порою резко, но беззвучно, иногда опускаясь и зависая над землей на высоте 20 - 60 метров. Командованием... вызывался из войсковой части... истребитель, но детально рассмотреть НЛО ему не удалось, так как тот не подпускал к себе самолет на близкое расстояние, уходя от него». Далее в «синем пакете» следуют рапорты военнослужащих, видевших НЛО. «Я, прапорщик Волошин Валерий Николаевич, докладываю, что в 23.20 28 июля, находясь на смене дежурного по связи, получил информацию о том, что над в/ч ... в течение более часа висит непонятный объект, который капитан Черников назвал «летающей тарелкой». Примерно в 23.30 с рядовым Тищаевым Д. Н. я залез на первый отсек антенной вышки, 6 метров над землей. Со стороны ... по направлению к нам летел какой-то объект. Тищаев подтвердил, что видит его. В ночном небе был отчетливо виден мигающий мощный сигнал, напоминающий фотовспышку. Предмет пролетел над подсобным хозяйством (примерно в 5 км от места наблюдения) и направился к складам ракетного вооружения (примерно в 300 метрах от места наблюдения). Подлетев к складам РВ, предмет завис над ними, затем опустился примерно до высоты 20 метров. Вспышки на нем были непериодичны, как будто шло фотографирование. В ночном небе был виден его силуэт, и весь корпус излучал тускло-зеленый свет, похожий на свечение фосфора в темноте. Предмет представлял собой диск с полусферой наверху. Диаметр диска примерно 4 - 5 метров. После того как предмет опустился над складами РВ, из того места, где сверкала вспышка, высветился луч яркого света, который пробежал по кругу, выхватив край одного из сооружений. Я наблюдал два-три витка луча, который был отчетливо виден на фоне неба и исходил из объекта, однако светового пятна на сооружениях и на земле не заметил. Луч двигался несколько секунд, после чего пропал, и предмет, продолжая мигать, направился в сторону жилой зоны. После этого он висел над подсобным хозяйством, узловой ж/д станцией, бетонным заводом. Потом объект снова вернулся к складам РВ и завис над ними на высоте примерно 60 - 70 метров. В 1.30 он полетел в сторону г. Ахтубинска и скрылся из глаз. Перемещения объекта были неравномерными: иногда быстрыми боковыми или вертикальными, порой плавными с зависаниями». А вот выдержка из объяснительной рядового Тищаева Дмитрия Николаевича, который наблюдал НЛО на пару с прапорщиком Волошиным: «Объект не издавал никакого шума. Один раз он себя осветил, это было что-то вроде выпуклой лампы, и маленькие огоньки по всему боку». Старший лейтенант Клименко в рапорте пишет, что «объект издавал вспышки, похожие на электросварку». Свидетель рядовой Кулик: «Светящийся объект имел форму сигары. Удалившись на значительное расстояние, он остановился, и с земли к нему стал подниматься огненный шар, на который было трудно смотреть из-за ослепительного огня. Потом шар опустился, а объект стал двигаться к юго-западу, мигая различными цветами. Самое интересное было, когда он ринулся на нас. Его приближение ощущалось даже физически, потому что скорость была огромной, но потом он резко остановился. Огненный шар на юге вновь пытался подняться от земли, но так и не поднялся». Таким образом, налицо уже два НЛО. Первый, который летал над секретными воинскими частями, и второй, «на юге», который «хотел подняться, но не мог»... (Продолжение следует.) Посылали запрос в КГБ, ответа сначала не получили, он пришел гораздо позже. Я в то время был президентом Всесоюзной уфологической ассоциации, но года через четыре отошел от дел. И времени не хватало, и не понравилось, что дрязги начались между уфологами. Сам я видел НЛО только однажды. Это было в самолете, который летел из Москвы в Вашингтон. Внезапно в поле нашего зрения появился светящийся треугольник. Некоторое время он шел рядом с самолетом со скоростью около 1000 километров в час, а потом без всяких усилий ушел вперед и пропал». КОГДА ВЕРСТАЛСЯ НОМЕРНЛО над Хабаровском извергало пламя Вообще-то предприниматель Юрий Малярчук планировал снять на видеокамеру вовсе не загадочный объект, а любимую тещу, к которой приехал в Хабаровск на юбилей. Вывел семейство на улицу, выстроил на фоне церкви, навел камеру - и вдруг сын закричал: - Смотрите! Самолет падает!.. В течение 18 секунд семья Малярчуков наблюдала, как в небе над куполом церкви летит серебряный шарик, из которого извергаются два языка пламени. Полет был абсолютно бесшумный, не менялись ни форма «выхлопа», ни угол снижения небесного тела. Объект спускался под углом примерно 30 градусов, пока не скрылся за деревьями на берегу Амура. Предприниматель Юрий Марченко, физик по образованию, показывал свою видеозапись коллегам - трем докторам физических наук.
