A green light in sightAn airline pilot of a natioanal company claimed Saturday in Montpellier "to have seen a glowing green light" last Tuesday in the vicinity of Narbonne (Aude) whereas he was driving his car on the Toulouse-Montpellier highway. He distinguished this green light as "much more important than that from a plane and a shooting star, very clearly and very sharply during ten seconds." It then "extincted, and left a trace of white smoke behind it." It could be a matter of an "object being consumed while reentering the atmosphere." The luminous phenomenon had been observed by the reseidents of the area. |

Une boule verte dans le collimateurUn pilote de ligne d'une compagnie intérieure a affirmé samedi à Montpellier avoir "aperçu une lumière verte incandescente" mardi dernier à hauteur de Narbonne (Aude) alors qu'il était au volant de sa voiture sur l'autoroute Toulouse-Montpellier. Il a distingué cette lumière verte "beaucoup plus importante que celle d'un avion et qu'une étoile filante, très clairement et très nettement pendant une dizaine de secondes." Elle s'est ensuite "éteinte, en laissant derrière une trace de fumée blanche." Il pourrait s'agir d'un "objet rentrant dans l'atmosphère en train de se consumer." Le phénomène lumineux avait été observé par les habitants de la région. |
