New UFOs
As we indicated it in yesterday's edition, the Center of UFO Studies "OVNI France"
claims to have collected testimonies about what is described as an "unidentified flying
object". After the publication of this article, an inhabitant of Horbourg-Wihr, Francoise
Petermann, informed us that she noted a similar phenomenon in the night of Saturday to
Sunday. "It was approximately 11:30pm. I was sprinkling my garden when something, in
the sky, drew my attention," she explained. "They were white lights forming a triangle.
I do not remember hearing any noise. It occurred very quickly." Mrs. Petermann thought
it might be "an odd plane" until her sister-in-law, domiciled in Sainte-Croix-en-Plaine,
told her an identical anecdote. The latter adds that "two red points were placed at the
rear of the triangle. The UFO advanced gently, quite high. I had the impression it was
staying at the same place." The Air Force base at Meyenheim, specifies that no military
activity took place in the night of Saturday to Sunday in this sector.
