Sir,
I send a photograph of a UFO to you (in the true meaning of the term UFO) which had been given me by my former professor of music. This photograph had been taken by one of his pupils during the Belgian flap, in Huy, a small city close to lieges. She saw and photographed a "funny sort of plane at the top of the citadel" according to her statements.

I unfortunately cannot provide more details to you. I had sent this photograph to Mr Bougard,president of the sobeps, asking him whether he could work on it. He had answered me that without the original negative,this was not possible.

I scanned this photograph in 300ppi, in photoshop but even whith playing with the filters I did not distinguish anything more.

I had three sightings myself during this flap,and even if my memories are a little confused (I was ten years old at the time) I can ensure you that it was not a stealth airplane or anything else!
